Lunch: rawcos! (raw tacos) super yum.

(I use this recipe for the rawco “meat”, which is basically chopped nuts and spices. The salsa is my own concoction: tomato, cucumber, green and red onion, garlic, parsley, apple cider vinegar, evoo, lemon juice, a touch of agave…and special ingredient, cantaloupe.)
