Check out my other Tumblr, VEGANTOPIA
Lunch: rawcos! (raw tacos) super yum.
(I use this recipe for the rawco “meat”, which is basically chopped nuts and spices. The salsa is my own concoction: tomato, cucumber, green and red onion, garlic, parsley, apple cider vinegar, evoo, lemon juice, a touch of agave…and special ingredient, cantaloupe.)
I have started another Tumblr, solely focusing on my vegan cooking, recipes and all other things of interest to us vegans/vegetarians. Check it out, follow me, etc etc:
Dinner tonight: homemade stuffed crust vegan pizza. Square pieces of heaven.
A little rain won’t stop me from having vegan BBQ!
Dinner tonight: Grilled (homemade) seitan…mmmmmmmmmmboy.
Dinner tonight: (vegan) enchiladas, my favorite.
Guess what? Guinness Stout isn’t vegan. Think about that this St. Pat’s. Just sayin.
For the best vegan/vegetarian beer list, check out BARNIVORE.
(P.S. While we’re at it, the (also) not vegan short list: Fosters, Lighthouse Brewing Co. Inc, Moorhouse’s, Murphy’s Irish Stout, Sol, Wooden Hand Brewery.)
That my friends, is a VEGAN fried egg. OMG. Finally someone has come up with a cruelty-free egg product, calling it (what else?) - The Vegg.….I wonder how it tastes?? I’m not missing fried eggs per se, but I’d love to whip up a decent batch of FREEEENCH TOAST. Anyone who’s tried this product, please let me know!
